I worked with Ray Snodgrass over the phone and email over the weekend and throughout a whole week. We live in CO and traveled all the way to Fremont NE to get this car considering it was the only one that we could find in this color combination with in the range of 5 other states! Talk about customer service, this dealership was awesome and had incredible employees that you can tell really enjoyed working there and wanted to make you the happiest you could be! I was able to put down some money to hold it until we could drive out there the following weekend to pick it up and all in that time I was able to have floor mats and a clear bra added to the car as well! Super awesome place, I would def recommend them!

On Saturday, we agreed in writing to purchase a Sid Dillon vehicle from a salesman at a different Sid Dillon location and he informed Sid Dillon Fremont of the purchase. He was going to have the vehicle transferred to Lincoln on Monday and called on Monday and this location sold the vehicle even though they knew that I purchased it already. I was given no options and was told I was SOL. The worse part about the whole story is that the vehicle was still there on Monday and they could have lived up to the agreement.

This was by-far the best dealership experience I have ever had. Props to Sid Dillon Cadillac/GMC for provide a step above service. When it comes time to replace the wife's vehicle, this will be our first stop! I had zero issues of concern, with the exception that I really wanted to also buy a Cadillac CTS-V that they had just gotten on the lot.... the wife would have (metaphorically) killed me though!
