# Summary Customers report serious concerns about vehicle quality and deceptive business practices, including selling cars with undisclosed mechanical problems, rolled-back mileage, and engine issues that emerged shortly after purchase. Multiple buyers have cited difficulties with title processing, misleading sales tactics, and unresponsive management, with several stating they have pursued legal action or contacted regulatory agencies.
I purchased a car from this dealership, and the very next day the check engine light came on. At first, I thought it might be a minor issue, but within a few hours the car began shaking badly. When I took it to a mechanic, I was told the engine had previously overheated, which caused serious internal damage. The mechanic also confirmed that the vehicle is burning an excessive amount of gas, making the problem even worse. This dealership is extremely dishonest. Please do NOT buy a car from them. I have already hired a lawyer and am taking legal action. Their business practices are unethical, and I truly hope they lose their license. Many people have complained about them, yet no action has been taken by the state, which is completely unfair.
Don’t buy your car here they tried to refinance my car and I got towed for no reason 🙁 I was scared because I had $6000 left to pay out of $23000 ☹️
Purchased a car from them on 6/1/25 at a Walmart parking lot in Noblesville because they pretended to be selling as an individual, not a car lot or dealership.. then got told to pay sales tax next day through Zelle to said individual but it goes to SIGMA GROUP LLC…🤔 next morning car won’t start. About $1,000 was put into trying to get it running to find out it needs a new motor as well. Sold the car back (to this persons “mechanic” who happens to be their brother) but for way less than what I paid, found out they reposted it on marketplace 2 days later, it’s been sold to someone I personally know and they are now having the same problem I had. Car won’t run. If it does it sputters and dies. I have ALL the documentation 😉 and forwarded it to my acquaintance. Also, after doing some research on the car because I had to do some digging because Everything was hidden this particular car has 15 different owners and it’s only a 2015!! Needless to say they scam people. Buyer beware. Stay away from buying cars in the Noblesville Walmart parking lot. That’s how they get away with selling cars on a sunday..
Do not buy from this place. They have such a bad business that they have individuals selling cars for them but the title has their business as owner. I dealt with 2 guys who had to use google translate. Didn’t know English so that’s my fault. The title wasn’t filled out correctly and still dealing with it a month later. We aren’t able to switch the title over to our name. The manager “Pablo” is now not responding and hanging up when we start to talk. He’s pathetic. We are hiring a lawyer. I tried reaching out to the other bad reviews to possibly do a class action. If anyone else has had similar issues then FB message me and myself and lawyer will contact.
Bought a car and the miles have been turned back and the car will not run bbb and lawyer have been contacted. Very shady
