Silko Honda

This is my second purchase of a car here, and I had my first vehicle serviced at Silko as well. I have found the dealership professional and friendly. My sales associate, Allan was knowledgeable, friendly and professional as was Juan the business assistant manager. They offer competitive pricing and will work with you to achieve a mutually beneficial result, hence the five star rating.

I recently purchased a brand new Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. The process was great. No pressure, no bull sales tactics, no upsetting. Everything went smooth. My daughter has bought 2 vehicles here and the same for her no pressure at all. I recommend this dealership as they are friendly, care about the customer, and make you feel good about your buying experience. My salesman was William Rasmussen. He offered me great ideas and we worked a deal that best fit my interests.

First time buying a car through a dealership. Very impressed with Allan Jean for his great customer service and knowledge on the vehicles. Felt very supported and was never pushy or hasseling to upsell. Also appreciate Juan in the finance department for making this a smooth purchase!

I haven’t bought a new car since 2013. The took my trade but more importantly I was able to get a great deal on a Honda Pilot. Service was no hassle. Tim Colbert especially, and everyone else we worked with, was excellent. After I bought the Pilot, I didn’t know what 90% of the car buttons were capable of. I came back 3 days later and Tim took time out of his day to answer all my questions. He went out of his way to make me comfortable in the process. Hondas are reliable cars, but Silko Honda just got a new customer that will return because of the service.

My sales representative, Emilio, was fantastic this wasn’t my first time working with him, and once again, he delivered outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I also want to recognize Heath, the manager, who was equally amazing. He was professional, attentive, and clearly committed to making sure customers have a great experience. I highly recommend Silko Honda to anyone looking for an stress-free and genuinely positive car-buying experience.
