Sill-TerHar Mazda

This was my first new car buying experience, first time financing a car, first time at a dealership. It went very smoothly and I am very satisfied. Gerik reached out to me after I had put in a search of local dealers for a Manual MX-5 Miata Club in Soul Red, letting me know he had one in transit to the dealer in the exact spec I wanted. I put in a deposit, the DSC recall work was completed, a ceramic coating was installed, and the car was ready for me on the date and time we had settled on. Very easy, no pushy salespeople. The lobby in the dealer is quite nice as well. August update: I am seriously unimpressed with the Cilajet package that I was talked into paying $1600 for. Having talked to professional and hobbyist detailers and done some internet research, a ceramic coating installed onto a brand new car, especially one that was shipped overseas and stored presumably outdoors in the port awaiting recall work for several months should have had a paint correction done due to water and bird stains, but no. There are visible stains on the paint that were there upon delivery, the adhesive residue from the shipping protection film was not cleaned off of the paint in several places, and I am strongly questioning the paint protection qualities of this coating package when bird droppings cleaned off within an hour leave etched stains in the clear coat. The hydrophobic (water beading) properties seemed to have faded away after three or four touchless washes. Now if I want the car to look as good up close as I'd hope and to be as well-protected as I want a driver's car to be, I will have to pay another $1500+ to a professional detailer for a paint correction and a proper ceramic coating (the Cilajet from the dealership was $1600).

These guys won me over today. Came in for the first time looking to get my locking lug nuts removed (lost the key). Turns out it wasn't a Mazda brand; they didn't have the master. Martin went above and beyond to find a solution and got the lugs removed for me. In the meantime I was walking around checking out cars and was pleasantly surprised by how not pushy the sales staff was. Overall very pleasant experience-not what I'm used to at a dealership. I will be back.

Great experience purchasing a car for our son. Our salesperson Balazs did a great job of showing us the exact car we were interested in and getting it to a price that would work well for us. He was very communicative and professional. The process was very simple and quick from start to finish. A+ experience and we'll definitely go back next time we're in the market for a car.

As a single woman who knows little to nothing about cars, walking into a car dealership is very stressful for me. These folks were wonderful ! Marcus Sandlian met me and took excellent care of me through the entire process. He found me the car and color I wanted and showed me how everything works. (been awhile since I bought a new car) Shane Gilmore was very kind and patient with all my questions and clarified the process ver clearly. Steven Power was exceptional with his explanations of service contracts, finances, and all the details of the purchase. I couldn't be more delighted with my purchase. I feel I got a great car at a fair price and highly recommend working with these guys. All the folks working there were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
