After reading the reviews, I was afraid I would have a similar experience especially being Asian. However, I met Frank Sparapani. I’ve had my previous cars with Benz Brossard & Benz Laval, but I can assure you that as long as Frank works here, he’ll be my only salesman for the rest of my life. There wasn’t one second where I felt I was being overcharged, « scammed » or seen as just another transaction. I felt that Frank really wanted what was best for us, he was transparent, sincere and showed a lot of integrity. This is the most important criteria for me. He gave a service that is incomparable, I had to praise him and talk about him to my closed ones. Frank treated us with so much respect, while being super friendly. We saw how hard he is working and we are so happy our transaction was sealed with him. Not only Silver Star, but Mercedes-Benz in general is tremendously lucky to have him working for them. We will be forever his client and we hope our closed ones will become his clients as well. I hope the bosses at Silver Star will take note of Frank’s great work. This was my second purchase with Silverstar yesterday and I have to say that they went above and beyond! From first contact Sonia was very kind and helpful in setting up my appointment and she accommodated when I had to come by earlier. Matthew was an absolute breath of fresh air to do business with because he really listened to what I was looking for and never once tried to convince me otherwise, I strongly suggest that you ask for him because he is Amazing! Last but definitely not least, Omar the Finance Manager was the Best I’ve dealt when finalizing a Mercedes sale and I’ve bought from 3 other Mercedes dealerships around Montreal. A true luxury experience is hard to come by these days. Never have I felt so at ease ordering a luxury car. Nicolas is most likely the most professional young man I have ever encountered in this industry. It was a refreshing experience, the future is bright! Omar on the finance side made the purchase a simple and seamless process. Silver Star is a class act, I recommend them wholeheartedly. My first AMG...
