Joe Simon sold my mother in-law a new vehicle even after we notified her that she has Alzheimer's and was purchasing a new vehicle because she lost both sets of keys to her current car. He checked with his attorney and found that he can legally sell a vehicle to her. Since he was informed that she had Alzheimer's and might not be able to find her way back to her house, he had the newly purchased vehicle delivered to her. BE CAUTIOUS!!!
After a lot of sarcastic BS you did address my problem and get me on my way. The personnel were about as personable as a brick wall. As someone who worked in and ran customer service departments it is time for serious re-training. Your service hours are a total joke to any working person not offering late evening service or Saturdays in today's world means you don't want business. as much as I hate HURD ill likely go there or find a different company to service my Cruze moving forward
