I recently purchased a truck from Simply Automotive and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The truck itself is fantastic, and the quality of the repairs and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in making sure their vehicles are reliable and ready to run for years. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond when I picked up the truck. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, and made the whole process, smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find this level of honesty, care, and professionalism in the car buying world. I highly recommend Simply Automotive to anyone looking for a great vehicle and exceptional service.
Traded in my charger rt for a mustang Gt the process was really smooth they helped me out a lot! really nice people didn’t try push to sell you the car or anything, they let me take the car on a test drive by my self for 30 mins so that’s was something really unique and cool never had that happen before there was a little issue I had but they took care of it immediately when I brought it up to them! Would recommend great prices on cars as well!
If I could give them no stars , I would , I would just say stay far away from these people as possible , purchased a car through them , not even a month later and I had to purchase an engine for the car $9000 down the drain and $3000 for a new engine a month later crazy to me.... I could keep going on and on and on. But the last couple of reviews are very, very spot on. If you don't listen to me that's your problem. Good luck if you do!!! But I highly highly highly recommend staying away from this company....... please go try your luck somewhere else...
Edit Nr. 1: Disregard my old review, i wouldn't recommend. Once you've bought a car and have any problems, you can wait weeks for your answers or they dont even answer at all, even when you keep asking. Edit Nr. 2: And also some real clarification: At the time of purchase, the windows were fully functional. The car was paid for, and the agreed oil service and fog light installation were completed. However, when I came to pick up the vehicle a few days later, both windows were suddenly stuck open. This issue clearly occurred between purchase and delivery. They did agree to take care of the problem. However, the communication and overall handling of the situation were poor and stretched over several months. Part of the delay was caused by initially installing low-quality aftermarket (Chinese) window motors, which did not properly resolve the issue. Additionally, during this long repair process, I was suddenly told that the final $200 would no longer be covered. After unnecessary back-and-forth this was eventually reversed and paid. About the inquiry to sell the car back, regardless of the price I mentioned, it would have been perfectly acceptable to simply say it exceeds the budget. Instead, my request was ignored, and this is the first time I am hearing that they were “unable to accommodate” it—only now, in response to a negative review. If anyone would like to see proof of these conversations, feel free to contact me. My review remains justified.
I wouldn’t buy from here. I would say they’re not very honest. Said they just gave the car I bought an oil change, well the filter says 10/23 so someone’s lying. Said they had done an alignment, the car obviously pulls to the right and I had mentioned that and he said he never noticed so I stopped asking him questions about the car really. I drove the car off the lot, guess what, check engine light came on instantly. He was nice enough to check it but said that they had done it, it was most likely the wiring of the sensor but the wiring was obviously fine. Multiple bolts for the ignition coils were hand tight so I had to tighten them. There’s self tapping screws in plastic that are meant for clips. My interior has been falling apart since I bought it. I get it, it’s an older car but the transparency of this dealership is… lacking. I wouldn’t trust the integrity of this place. Another update, they told me the car had been in accident and was side swiped but it was okay. After taking it to get an alignment, I was told there was frame damage and now that also needs repairing. Do not trust this guys word. Another update, just got the vin inspected. They previously had the vehicle, sold it, buyer wrecked it, they bought it back and then sold it to me. In response to Steven, maybe you shouldn’t have posted it in car gurus, I did not rush this dealership, yes I kept calling because the transparency was lacking and yes I had purchased the tickets because the lack of communication within the shop. I wasn’t told the car might not possibly be ready until I was handed the phone off to Steven. No one had told me the car wasn’t going to be ready before I had already purchased a flight. And yes I had purchased non refundable tickets and I had mentioned that so obviously I was going to come for the car. My fault. Thankfully it made it home considering I have already spent a good amount already just to make it run a little smoother. You had already purchased the hood vents before I came to pick up the car because they were messed up and needed to be replaced so that was not a “favor” don’t act like it. But yes, I actually work on cars and was a mechanic so the lemon I was sold will be fixed correctly this time. All the techs did was replace a few suspension parts, maybe they need better techs. The corners cut to “make the deadline” was sad to say the least. If the car wasn’t ready for sale, probably shouldn’t have posted it at all. Steven simply lied saying he didn’t notice the pull, and if he truly didn’t I would be concerned for his work. The integrity of this whole establishment after reading the past reviews is obviously terrible and has been reoccurring. After hearing him lie directly to my face I decided it was “no big deal” because I would do the work right. Again, do not trust Steven and this establishment. Simply automotive is just simply… not good.
