I recently had my 2010 Audi A4 repaired at Sindibad Auto Collision, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. After my accident, I purchased the replacement parts myself. Once everything arrived, their team got my vehicle into the shop and completed the repairs in just three days. Their pricing was very fair and affordable, which I truly appreciated because they provided quality work without putting a huge dent in my wallet. I'm very particular about my vehicles and don't like imperfections. The first replacement part I ordered wasn't up to my standards, so I ordered another one that unfortunately took more than a month to arrive from China. Even though my repairs had already been completed and our business was technically finished, the team still took the time to call me when the second part arrived and offered to hold it until I could pick it up. That level of customer service really stood out to me. Everyone on the team was professional, honest, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. It's not often you find a business that treats customers that well after the transaction is complete. I would absolutely use Sindibad Auto Collision again and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for quality repairs, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service.
