We can't think Brittney and Gordon enough for helping my Dad purchase his Hellcat. We live in NC and they both made the transaction as seamless as possible. The car was delivered quickly and it was even better in person than the pictures showed. Everything was as advertised. The whole family is happy and the car surprisingly gets great gas mileage for all of the horsepower it has. We may really like the red key!

Very easy to deal with. Not the corporate type pushy salesman experience you get at some other dealerships. Gave me time to reason out all of my options before the next step. When I left I knew what had just happened. Had the exact Durango with all the packages I was looking for. Made the experience uneventful. Thanks.

If I could rate this experience lower, I would. I purchased a truck from Singing River Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram about two months ago, and it has been unreliable since the day after I bought it. In that time, I’ve only been able to drive it for roughly two weeks total. Within 12 hours of purchase, the truck began misfiring. Since then, I’ve had to bring it back multiple times. I was told it needed a coil pack, then a spark plug, and later an injector. Each visit I was told repairs would take a few days, but the truck ended up sitting in their shop for over three weeks. After all that time, the original issue was still not resolved. On top of that, new problems have appeared, including a four-wheel drive service warning and the system not functioning properly. I am also experiencing coolant loss along with white smoke from the exhaust, which raises serious concerns about the condition of the engine. I made multiple attempts to address this with the dealership while the truck was in their shop for an extended period, but the situation has not been resolved. At this point, I no longer have confidence in the vehicle or the service work performed. After weeks in their shop and multiple repair attempts, the same issues continue, along with additional concerns. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

Everything about our buying experience was painless fast and easy. We also had our little boy with us, the whole staff gave him things to play with and helped keep a toddler busy, that in itself says a lot. David was the best salesman! Even put us in a new car until ours was available
