It's that time of the year to swap your car off the lease and I landed at the Sky Auto, Newhall. I received a phone call from Tiara who took down what am looking for, followed by a call from Zach. I worked with Tiara and Zach, who understood exactly what am looking for, worked out the numbers and here I am driving a brand new Suburban. The entire experience is super seamless, friendly guys, Alex is the manager who helps close the deal without being pushy. Highly recommend Sky Auto, ask for Tiara and Zach. Am already here for the 2nd car.

First time car buyer! I purchased my high school dream Subaru WRX and it was a great experience. I worked with Greg and Zach who did an outstanding job helping me get the price I wanted on the vehicle. Shoutout to Greg who explained all the paperwork for me and was extra insightful and personable during the whole experience! FYI, make sure you double check the vehicle listing to see if the $1K trade-in discount and the $1K financing discount are being "pre-applied" to the total price. Also, they add 2 services to every vehicle that are difficult to negotiate around if you don't want them. The first is a theft protection amenity and the second is essentially a minor physical damage coverage. Both will cost you $1k each. If that information was disclosed on the autotrader listing I would have given 5 stars. Still a great team to work with and I'm very happy with my purchase! Edit: Changed my vote from 4 stars to 5 stars so Greg gets a bigger bonus. Zach informed me they're looking into the autotrader pricing based on this review, so hopefully some positive action takes place!

Purchased a new truck from Sky Chevrolet, first off it was an excellent experience, after searching for this truck all over the midwest and dealing with multiple dealerships that wouldn’t return calls or made promises they couldn’t keep I reached out to Zach at Sky, it was a breath of fresh air and He was very prompt, strait forward and upfront, not to mention kind and courteous. When we arrived at the dealership we were met immediately by kind and friendly staff, We were introduced to Hunter and We finished up the deal with Him, we were in and out the door with the truck in no time at all. The most important thing to Me is customer service and I got even more than I bargained for from Zach at Sky Chevrolet, the truck is great, the extra protections and oil changes for life are all great but the thing that really stood out to me were the people and how We were treated and taken care of. I’m glad my journey ended at Sky after multiple attempts at other dealers. I highly recommend this dealership and will be doing my Ford and Chevrolet shopping with them for now on.

Very pushy sales manager, shady pricing via website and they don't tell you about any charges that they tack on before you sign. They "add" things to your vehicle before you come look at it that costs over 2k. I've been told they probably didn't do anything. Got them to remove it when we bought and got a really good deal. The oil changes for life I think is fake. We have tried calling and texting and get no response. You cannot schedule online. I read online and saw on the news that their sister dealership is under investigation for fraud and taking out double loans on vehicles. The phone number on Google is disconnected. Their 800 number rings twice and then disconnects you. I'd driver there but it's 2 hrs away so I have no clue if they are even open. Oh and don't ask them to replace a cupping tire before you buy because they will give excuse after excuse as to why they don't do it. Overall this place needs investigated by the Attorney General for just being over shady.
