If you are looking for a genuine and professional dealership to buy your car from, Sky Automotive should be one of your stops. At no point during this purchase was I nervous or put off when purchasing the car that I did from Yordy and Stephanie, the owners of the dealership. They were straight forward about the pricing, the fees and taxes, the Carfax, etc. With Sky Auto being a small dealership, it is also comforting to work with someone who knows every in and out of the cars on their lot. When asked about any other car, they were immediately able to tell me exactly what had been serviced, what needed serviced, the history of the car, how long it had been on their lot, etc. I test drove one of their cars and loved it, as it was one that I have been looking into getting for a long time. When looking under the hood, there was some residue from what looked like an old oil leak. When I asked Yordy about that he immediately told me he hadn’t had any issues but needed to get the oil serviced for the car anyways (at no extra charge to me). He promised to have his mechanic look into the issue and complete a full inspection for me. The next day, he sent the entire inspection report for me to look at. There were a couple of things in the notes section that I was slightly concerned about. When I asked further questions, Yordy gave me the phone number for the mechanic and I spoke directly with the owner of the store about what was noted on the inspection report. I got off the phone with peace of mind. BTW, when I had my own inspection done after buying, it was still a good report. Nothing was seriously wrong, and what issues it had didn't need immediate attention. Additionally, the customer service was phenomenal. Yordy and Stephanie take great care of their customers, and even people interested but not promising anything. They were accommodating even before any of us knew if I was buying their car or not. On the day of my purchase, there was an issue with my payment and I couldn’t purchase the car at the dealership on a Saturday because all the banks were closed. Yordy and Stephanie made sure I was able to have my car when I needed it. They met me with my new car that day, ready with paperwork and a wonderful attitude despite it being late and they were an hour and a half from home. I truly cannot express enough how wonderful this entire experience was for me. As a young woman who has had issues inquiring on cars in the past, this was the best outcome I could have hoped for. If you are nervous about buying cars, this is your first time buying, or you’re not sure where to start, give Sky Automotive a try. You won’t be disappointed.

He effectively markets and sells desirable vehicles, prioritizing well-maintained and serviced vehicles mostly from new car dealerships. Notably, he provides a comprehensive Carfax report at his own expense. I happily paid the higher estimated value because of the car’s excellent condition and service records. He specializes in great used cars with low miles (around 100,000-125,000) which should give many years of service.
