I purchased a RAM 1500 nearly 2 years ago when this dealership was Larry H Miller. Both the sales and the service department impressed me. I had an excellent, no hassle sales experience when I purchased the car. Even though they are now Sky, they have the same service manager and Darin is awesome. I drive much further to get my service work done at this dealership as opposed to the one closer to my house because they are that much better. They’re very easy to work with, really care about their customers, and go the extra mile. I have been very pleased with my service experience at Sky and plan to continue going here for my RAM service.

Kade at Sky was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had and took the time to explain the issue my car was having in detail, making sure I understood everything clearly. His communication, knowledge, and professionalism made the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, Kade is an excellent sales advisor, and I highly recommend working with him. I took my Jeep Wranger in after spending a ton of time researching and trying to solve a Service 4WD error. They were able to find and fix the issue which turned out to be a smashed wire hidden in an obscure place. Kade was so great to work with and their technician (don't know the name) was excellent. I'm so glad I took my Jeep there and highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to spend thousands for no reason!! Pictures uploaded with their diagnosis. Power distribution center? It was just a freaking fuse !! O2 sensor and Catalyst system? No check engine light and passed emissions no problem. Engine rebuild? For what? all it needed was an update and a fuse. Absolutely terrible do not take your vehicle here!

First, the good things...we received a decent deal on our new Jeep from Sky. We typically buy new vehicles every couple of years, so I'm pretty familiar with the purchase process. Also, our salesperson was great and he delivered our new Jeep on time and without issue. Unfortunately, almost everything after the initial deal was an anxiety filled and mistake ridden mess. There were errors on the initial contract which took multiple complaints on our end to get corrected. Sky didn't submit our trade-in's payoff on time which resulted in us having to pay money out-of-pocket to appropriately satisfy the lien. Sky's reps told me on multiple occasions they would send us a check to cover the mistake, but we never received anything. It wasn't about the amount, but more about making good on their mistake. Sky also made it extremely difficult to cancel an extended warranty on our trade-in and initially told us they "didn't know how to do that." Weeks after our new Jeep purchase we were finally able to get a manager to cancel the old warranty. The handling of our personal information was also problematic. I received a call AFTER we had registered our new Jeep and was told they (Sky) would be sending our paperwork to the DMV. After I told the Sky rep our DMV ALREADY had the paperwork and I had no idea who's documentation they would be sending, I was advised I was correct and they apologized. It's too bad there were so many issues. We were hoping to develop a working relationship with a dealer since we do buy cars fairly often, but this place demonstrated it isn't the one for us. It would be one thing if paperwork processing was free. But, we paid a $499 doc fee and still had to correct numerous mistakes ourselves.
