I bought my first car here! It's a 2008 Acura RDX, 128k miles. At first, I was hesitant to buy a car under 9k. But this dealer did a great job, the car is clean, runs great and has no issues. They guarantee no accidents, and the inside of the car is amazing - like new. They promised to replace and refill things like the oil and wipers, and they work great. However, the right side door, the glass still works fine but the function has a slight dent that makes it imperfect. They promised to fix it or replace it for free (but still need to buy parts around 30 bucks). After all, I still thank them for the good service they provided!

I really appreciate this dealer’s sales representative,Yami. She always replied to my questions promptly and honestly pointed out the actual condition of the car. Whenever I had any concerns, they were quickly addressed. The whole car-buying process was fast and accurate. The staff were all very kind and even proactively recommended where I could get reasonable insurance rates. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and truly satisfying.

I bought a car from them some time ago and everything seemed fine, but unfortunately I didn’t check the Carfax report. Later I found out the car has a total loss history, and they never disclosed that to me. Dishonest people who hide the truth. I’m now trying to sell the car and felt embarrassed when I discovered this. It is completely disrespectful to the customer not to be transparent during the sale. Don’t waste your time or money at a dealership where you may end up being deceived in the future. I am currently speaking with my attorney to see what can be done. Thank you.

Fantastic sales process and car. Got 2016 Camaro SS Convertible. Drove 4.5 hrs to get to them since they were the only ones in the Southeast with the car I wanted. Quick and easy so on my way back home in no time. I had my mechanic check it out when I got home. All was great with nothing to do since car checked out with no problems. I’ve had the car less than 2 weeks and title already in my hand. Excellent work on their end.
