Trish is the definition of reliable, professional, and genuinely customer‑focused. Every time my vehicle is in for service, she keeps me fully informed on its status without me ever having to chase updates. She’s always polite, always professional, and never once makes me feel like a burden for asking questions something that truly sets her apart. After years of dealing with my previous dealership ahem, Nissan the difference is night and day. At Toyota, I’m in and out within an hour or two. Meanwhile, Nissan would sometimes keep my car for three days just to complete basic services like an oil change and brake pads. The efficiency and reliability here are far superior, and Trish is a big part of that.

We were in a car accident the day before taking the Bar Exam. The other driver was at fault and it was stressful working with his insurance company. We had our car towed to the body shop at Sloane Toyota and it was the best decision we could have made. Mark provided excellent customer service from the day we towed our car to his shop until even after we brought our car back home. He was in regular communication with us every step of the way—when he was waiting for Progressive auto to come inspect the vehicle in the shop, notifying us of the additional internal damage that was found, and explaining all the necessary work in a way that was easy for us to understand. The body work that Mark and his team did was spotless and the car looks good as new! A few days after we picked up the car from Sloane, I noticed one of the windshield fluid jets wasn't screwed in correctly. I called Mark and he made me an appointment first thing the next business day. Mark fixed it himself right away, and even removed a grease stain in our backseat that happened at some point between when the car was towed from the accident site to when we picked up the car from Sloane. We are so pleased with the body shop at Sloane in glenside and we will definitely be using them in the future. We cannot recommend Mark and his team enough to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy body shop with great customer service!

Great buying experience with the team over at Toyota of Glenside. I Arrived on a Saturday afternoon on short notice. Test drove, negotiated and was all wrapped up by 5:00. They are accommodating, communicative and fair when it comes to negotiating a fair deal. Very happy overall with the experience and the awesome new ride. Thanks again to Rob and Alex!
