Smooth and quick transaction. Cristian was helpful and a very nice young man. He called me several times after my purchase to see if I was happy with the vehicle and to see if I needed help setting up the mobile app and Bluetooth. They definitely have my repeat business.

Terrible service. I called to ask Sloane of Philadelphia if I could bring my vehicle in today because my tire is going flat. The guy said no because they are busy on Saturdays but I could bring it in if the tire light was on. So I checked the tire light and it was on so I brought it in. Then when I got there the guy said they couldn't take it because they were booked. I explained that I was told I could bring it in regardless if the tire light was on. But be he still wouldn't take it. I can understand them being busy but I called before coming to avoid wasting time and when I was told I could bring it in if the tire light was on then I expected to be able to get it serviced. Apparently the communication between departments is not very good. The guy there tried to say I called Glenside but I called the number back that I called and it was Sloane Toyota and I even confirmed with the lady on the phone. So not only was the communication terrible and false but they are saying things that are not true. Very unsatisfied. They could have just said if they are too busy they can still turn you away even if the tire light is on or they could have called the service guy and asked if they were too busy. How hard would that have been? SMH!! Reply - response to this original comment. I appreciate the call back but my original dissatisfaction remains. It would be better to simply accept the correction rather than try to defend a failure of service. My wife shared that when someone called and spoke to her they false said that I did not want to wait. This is totally untrue. I recommend that any executives in Toyota provide training or additional training around customer service and improvement cycles. 👍
