Mason, my sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure. He made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process and really knew the CX-5 inside and out. John in finance was equally impressive. Sam was very patient with me and let me take a couple cars on a test ride, made sure I was comfortable with how it drives, was great with explaining each cars details and the specs it had! John was also great, he made sure to explain what my perks were for getting the Mazda I had picked out and was super friendly, he also made sure to greet me by name and thanked me for shopping at Mazda! Brayden also took the time to catch me up to speed with the technology in my car given that I’m not too tech savvy! Above all they were super friendly, had great customer service skills and will ultimately continue to thrive as the good salesmen they are! ☺️

The salesmen at Smail was very professional. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me quickly to come to an agreement. The salesman took over an hour to show me the features of the car, how to hook my phone up and much more. I was very happy with him and will definately go back in a few years when my husband needs to upgrade his car.

Brayden was phenomenal to work with. They didn’t have the car at their lot and he hunted one down for us and gave us a great price. Highly recommend.
