Even after the sale he kept in contact to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we had no issues. I came into the service department for assistance with my roof antenna after it was damaged when a garage door closed on it. The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. Although a complete repair wasn't possible at the time, he did everything he could to secure and fix the antenna well enough for me to safely make the drive home to Georgia. I truly appreciated his honesty, expertise, and willingness to help. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and I'm very grateful for the assistance I received. Thank you!

I was in a real pickle when my 2020 GX460 was totaled from a deer strike on the interstate. I looked all over Colorado for a replacement but just wasn't happy with the local inventory. I decided to expand my search out of state, and by far, Lexus of Quad Cities came out on top. I worked with Caleb (who was awesome). He helped me tour the car thoroughly by video, worked through all the paperwork, and got the car delivered out here with no issues whatsoever. Super happy with my 2022 GX460 Black Line Edition! We have been shopping for GX 550 for a little bit and drove almost 3 hours to pick this one up. Karl our salesman was absolutely fantastic to work with and the whole buying experience was quick and painless. We were in and out of the dealership in about an hour and most of that time was spent with him showing us around the car and getting everything set up and synced before we left.
