editing my review/ rating because of owners' condescending response: I called multiple times with no call back from them to find out about the title. I tried going in person to the lenders office on site (also multiple times) and the office door was closed with a note saying to call the number I had been calling already. seems the only way to get a response is to leave an *honest* review, unless you are a day past your payment and then you get nonstop communications from them. by that I mean 6-10 phones calls a day asking for their money. the Bluebook value on the car at purchase was less than $2k in good condition, and they sold it to me for $12k @19.55%. that part is my fault for being desperate for a car and not doing previous research. the other negative reviews people have left are accurate. this place is predatory at best. original review/rating was 2 stars: they were polite, but tacked my down payment ON TO the end of the loan. i paid $12k at 19.55% interest on an '09 Kia with electrical problems. finally paid it off August of last year, (about $17k in total because of the interest) and have still NOT received the title for it. they will help you get into a car with a small down payment, but at what cost? they will throttle you with the price of your payments, and killswitch your car (for the entire weekend if you are unlucky enough for it to be a friday afternoon) for not having the note paid by business close on the day it is due. imagine paying the note after you get off work, before having to drive 45 minutes one way to pick up your kids. and because they killswitched the car and left their office, I was stranded at work and unable to pick them up. this was my first experience financing a car. it will also be my last.

Noah was wonderful, fair and kind. Got us In and out in under 3 hours and could've been quicker but I took my time finding the right car, he didn't rush me or push me, I got a very good price and a even better monthly payment. Most importantly he was honest and helped me pick the right car. He is also easy on the eyes. I love my new car.

It took me a couple years to get a car but finally reached out to Smart Motors in Tucson with Cristy she did a tremendous/ amazing job at helping me get a car!!
