SmartRide of Chambersburg

I’ve had my car through Smart Ride for 3 years and have always made my payments on time or adjusted them when needed. Anytime I needed help, Kelly was the only person who treated me with respect. She’s patient, professional, and actually tries to help without the attitude. I started having serious car issues that were completely out of my pocket financially. I reached out for any type of help or coverage, but still didn’t receive the support I needed. (I was told I abandoned my car after discussing this with them) was told I could work out a payment plan if it didn’t “cost much” , but only after paying $100 for a diagnostic. And every time I ended up having to deal with Tabitha, things got worse. She argues back and forth, offers no real help, and her customer service is extremely unprofessional and rude as well as over text , I honestly have multiple complaints about how she speaks. she’s the reason I dislike dealing with Smart Ride at all. If it wasn’t for Kelly, from day one I would’ve stopped calling a long time ago. please do better with who you allow to handle customers.

Kylie's sweet. Randy's a good guy. Was willing to work with me and negotiate a better down payment for me without credit checks. Excellent warranty program. They did a great job detailing the interior and making it look like new. Very professional and paperwork took under 20mins to take car off the lot. I'm very satisfied with SmartRide 👍
