I have been trying to get someone I. The phone after stopping by lithia Spring to Inquire as to while I have not received my tag on the car I purchased 9/25 and rude know it all car salesmen telling me that it not on Nissan to get my tag, so I need to help him help me and call the tag office myself. Well I did and the office informed me that they have no paperwork for my tag and the should be handle it because most likely they went through a dealer portal online. Well each time I call i am hold for ever, tag and title person not answering and voice message is full or they phone just hang up. It 45 days drive out tag expire.
I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership. I returned a vehicle after being misled during the financing process—including being advised to misrepresent my debt-to-income ratio and falsely report my down payment as cash when it was paid by card. I was also never provided a copy of the financing contract and was later told I’d be refunded, only for that promise to be delayed and followed by an unsupported damage claim. This experience has been disappointing and stressful, and I’ve now reported the situation to state and federal consumer protection agencies as well as Nissan corporate. I’m sharing this in hopes that others don’t go through the same. Always protect yourself and ask for everything in writing. The GM I spoke with who was rude , misleading and aided more shady practices by attempting to push my deal through illegally and without my consent after I had returned the vehicle his name is Terrell J Stewart
This auto group is definitely full of scammers. I had to ask for my finance paper work. On top of that, I purchased my car in April of this year and still do not have my tags. It took months to process the tags. Then boom, finally got the tags processed and now I have to pay $900 to get my tags, after this janky Nissan Lithia dealership confirmed all my tag cost would be covered 100% in my deal. I feel like I was scammed and bamboozled just so they can make a sale. This has been the WORST car buying experience in my life! They lie all damn day long! I STRONGLY REGRET doing business with this company!!!!!!!😡
This may not seem like a big deal to anyone else, but it has really bothered me. I had been talking to a few different salespeople at Nissan of Marietta about buying a new Murano. I was told if I came in and bought it on February 28th I would get a new 55” tv and a $500 Walmart gift card. I went in on that day and I bought the car. I was told that I would get the tv and gift card as soon as the loan was funded. At this point, I’ve already made 2 payments on the car so I’m pretty sure the loan was funded, but no tv and no gift card. I have called, text, emailed, and sent a message on Facebook all ignored. I was lied to and feel like I was scammed so that I would buy that day. It’s not so much about the tv at this point, it’s the principle of it. I will never buy another car from them again and I will never recommend them to anyone either. I’m sure they don’t care, I’m just one person and they got their sale, but it’s pretty crappy.
Amazing group. Really appreciate what these guys did for me at Nissan of Marietta. Could t get approved anywhere else.
