I had an amazing experience at Smith Hammond! Harold did a fantastic job installing my truck cover and running boards on my Chevy Colorado—everything came out perfect. What really blew me away was how fast they got it done… I barely finished my coffee after dropping off my truck before they called to say it was ready! On top of that, they even gave my truck a complimentary interior cleaning, which was such a nice surprise. The level of service here is top-notch. Huge thanks to Harold, Valarie, John, and Samantha for making this such a smooth and enjoyable experience. My appt. was for 7:30a.m., for an oil change and routine maintenance. We arrived by 7:20a.m. and were immediately led inside. After the intake part was over, my husband and I walked to breakfast, ate( about 45 minutes or so), came back, were updated, and on the road by 8:45a.m.. That's what I call professionalism. Highly recommended. 😀
