# Summary The dealership receives praise for friendly and responsive staff who work to secure favorable financing and accommodate customer needs during the purchasing process. However, some customers report significant mechanical issues arising shortly after purchase, with concerns about the "as-is, no warranty" policy leaving them responsible for costly repairs.
They helped me get financed for a car I've been wanting at a great price and it was also an easy process. I bought it Tuesday and when I got home, I noticed the brakes were a little weird.. come to find out it was the vacuum pump. They were very understanding and helped me get the problem fixed even being 2.5 hours away! Thank you so much! Totally recommend to use them for your car purchases.
Derrick and his family were wonderful to do business with! They were highly responsive and accommodating to all needs and questions. They helped my young adult son get set up with everything he needed to purchase his first car on his own! They were very professional and our whole family loves our son's Jeep Wrangler! Thank you Derrick!
CK and his staff are great. They worked hard to get me in the car I WANTED not the car most say you have to take. They got my loan with a company with a complete with a great interest rate. Check him out you want be disappointed.
Me and my husband bought a truck from this place. We didn't have it 3 days and my husband has put in 1000.00$ in parts trying to fix it. I called and he recommended auto repair place to take it but how much is that going to coast us. And I asked if we could trade trucks. The blue one we got off him for one on his lot and he said they won't let him. Who is they he owns the place. Yea they was all nice but know there not being nice. We just want him to make it right.
I really hated to leave this review because Let me start off by saying the people there were very friendly and seem like genuinely good people and the buying process was easy. Buttttt....I bought a truck from there. I paid $12,500 for it, within one week it developed a leak, within 2 weeks the transmission starting acting up and right at having the truck for only one month the truck is now sitting at a transmission shop needing over $800++ worth of transmission work done to it that i cant afford at the moment. I would definitely have the vehicle thoroughly checked out or go somewhere else as their vehicles have an "as is no warranty" on them.
