Never again with SOMA FORD, very poor customer service. Here, I thought dealerships were supposed to serve their customers with professional service. After 4-5 months of waiting and dealing with unanswered questions, calls, no call backs or updates on my vehicle, I finally picked it up today at the service department with the worst service ever. I walked into the service department today thinking my vehicle would be ready to be picked up. But no, I was handed my keys and told to go warm up my own vehicle. So I walked around their parking lot looking for my vehicle, only to find it covered and snowed in with a dead battery. I walked back over to the service counter, telling them that my battery was dead and I was snowed in. Only to be told, “Of course it’s just been sitting there, hold on, I’ll go get a booster pack and brush for you, and you’ll have to shovel yourself out.” “ you think will do that for free “ I thought to myself, “What kind of service is this?” They made me boost and shovel out my vehicle. I couldn’t boost my car because the booster pack they gave me was dead.

Great service,salesman reserved my vehicle,and he waited for me , I came from out of town to try it, weather was not great.was close to closing time and finished pass their closing time. I can't wait to pick my vehicle up.

Never called back after 4 different conversations trying to buy a car from them. They say " we will call you back with all the info" and they never do. I guess they dont want the business.

Great for me. Only speaking for myself and my own thoughts about them is they are great with me, love when they put all their attention try to solve the problems.

Currently having a vehicle towed there, asked for a courtesy vehicle and they said they have a policy not to release courtesy vehicles to the north.... this sounds like discrimination! Consider taking your vehicles elsewhere...
