Excellent service every time! Today, all their courtesy appointments were taken (I didn't have one). Enterprise made a reservation for me, BUT I FOUND MYSELF FACING A LOCKED DOOR (no, I wasn't late)! They did everything they could to find me a vehicle 5 minutes before closing! And they succeeded! That would even deserve an extra star. :)
We had a great experience buying a used vehicle in 2024 – good price and excellent service! However, this week we were supposed to have repairs done, but we had to cancel because the factory where my partner works closed down, and he's the sole breadwinner as my health doesn't allow me to work. He called Sorel-Tracy Mitsubishi and explained that we unfortunately could no longer afford the repair, and they generously offered to do it for us free of charge! What generosity!!
