Recently picked up a used 2024 GMC Terrain. Upon signing Sales agreed to have the vehicle detailed and paint touched up (paint pen) prior to picking up the vehicle. It was agreed i would pick up the vehicle the following week. Later that week I was informed that the vehicle was still waiting on a set of tires (OK) but had not been detailed yet (why not?). Sales promised the following Monday at the latest. On Monday I contact them and the vehicle is still not ready for pick up and was still not detailed. Once I arrived the paint had not been touched up and upon inspecting the vehicle it was quite obviously not detailed (No steam clean, no vacuum, no leather cleaner). The only noticeable cleaning product used was a bounce dryer sheet in the air vents (which were their when i previously test drove the vehicle 10 days prior). Additionally they packaged the 2nd set of used tires inside the vehicle on the leather seats instead of folding them down leaving dirt marks. Just very disappointed in the experience overall. It felt like once I had "purchased" the vehicle that i was on the bottom of their priority list. I can't see myself recommending this Dealership to any of my friends/family due to the communication/service provided.

I had originally reached out to south 20 to get a carfax on on vehicle just feel the waters, we were looking but just in the first stages, had some ideas of what we were looking for but not 100% sure. Brandy got back to me first thing Monday morning sending me the info right away. She was so friendly and very personable we hit it off right away. Over the next week she checked in on the one vehicle we had inquired about but we had decided it wouldn’t work for us right now. Monday morning she reached out to and I let her know we would have to pass on that. She asked what we were looking for, our wants and needs and of coarse price range. With in minutes she was texting me two options she had found that had just been traded in and ticked the boxes we had wanted. I knew right away I wanted the first one she sent, it had been on the top of my wants list. We made arrangements to come in Tuesday morning to meet her and check out the Traverse. Brandy worked her magic. She was absolutely amazing helping us get this for our family. By that afternoon Tuesday I was driving home in my new to me Traverse. Everyone in the building that we seen or meet was so friendly to both myself and my husband as well as our young daughter and anyone that walked in the doors. Brandy personally made me feel like we had known each other for a long time and we felt so at ease chatting about the vehicle and life. I would 100/10 recommend dealing with Brandy and the people at South 20. We know we will be going back for any future vehicles. Thanks Brandy and crew xoxo!!
