I hate buying cars. It’s the cheesy back and forth, small talk and hours spent without agreement. I can say that was not my experience at South County Lexus with Chris Ward. He was prompt with his response, upfront of what he could do, human, and willing to go to bat for us. So we cut the b.s. in the best way possible, agreed on a price and got ourselves this beauty within only a couple of hours. Recently purchased a vehicle from here. Third one I have purchased from this dealer. Luca was my rep and he was great, very communicative and didn’t do any bs sales tactics, in fact 90% of the whole transaction was handled over text. Love the vehicle and always find the dealership professional and friendly. Eric the finance manager was also great. I shopped rates before going in and he was able to beat the lowest rate I found. Overall great experience and looking forward to my new vehicle

I decided to finally drop by the Lexus dealership in person about a month ago after eyeing some of the models online for a while, and I left leasing a new ES350 and trading it in for my Mazda. Initially I didn’t plan on leaving with a new car that day, but I am so happy with the new car I absolutely love it! I am so glad everything worked out the way that it did. I will also mention that everyone who assisted me at the dealership was extremely kind, friendly, patient, and transparent with information, especially sales reps Akram & Mina in particular who helped me find the right car as a first time leesee, and Armindo in the finance department who made that financing process clear and easy to understand. I also appreciated the helpful communication from the services department. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease a Lexus. :)

Scott has always helped me with servicing my car through the years and I know I can trust him and the service team to take great care of the car and myself. After a decade of nothing but oil changes, tires and 1 set of brakes, the car was finally showing its age and I decided it was time for replacement.
