I recently purchased a used 2022 Kia Telluride Nightsky from South Fort Chevrolet and had it delivered to Calgary. Overall, the sales process with Ashton was smooth and fair with good communication. Despite undergoing their 176 point inspection, I had a pre-purchase inspection flagged an oil leak and recommended replacing as the shocks as they found sweating. They repaired the oil leak without issue but dismissed the sweating as normal operation and but not service or replace the shocks. Pros: - The price was fair and the delivery to Calgary was handled efficiently. - The dealership acknowledged and repaired an oil pan leak before delivery. Cons: - Oil pan leak and sweating shocks were not found or acknowledged in their inspection and needed to be found through a third party inspection. - The car definitely didn't seem like it was detailed at all. There was visible debris in the shifter boot, crumbs in the console seams, and uncleaned surfaces (dirt in back seats that would have come off with a simple wipe). Even the sales rep that I was dealing with said it was not acceptable. They asked me to send them a quote for an interior detailing. After receiving that quote, they said they wouldn't cover it. I asked for a modest credit ($200) to help get the vehicle cleaned. Josh (the sales manager) ignored my request, and ignored multiple follow-up emails and requests. If you are a remote buyer, be aware that a 176 point inspection and 'Certified pre-owned' may not mean 'detailed,' and don't expect much support once the bank draft has been handed over. It can really sour the experience when you have a car shipped to you, only to find dirt, crumbs and grime all over the place. I’m generally happy with the car, but for a $40k purchase I am extremely disappointed that my experience was ultimately soured by a $200 credit.

This was my first visit to this dealership, and I enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff seemed happy and were all small town friendly. This is a smaller dealership in a rural community, and I really appreciated the vibe they generate. Not like a big city dealership - a bit more laid back. My sales representative, Victoria, was great and a well prepared pro. Absolutely zero pressure and never felt rushed to close a deal. Aside from her being a Yankees fan, she was great, and I recommend her. I bought a car from them, and I look forward to picking it up next week. Thanks South Fort Chevrolet!

We recently bought a new suv here and the experience was very good until we came to pick it up. Once everything is done to make the deal the cares at the dealership drop significantly. Pick up and dropping off our trade in was a complete mess where no one seemed to know what to do. Months later we are still waiting on the extra rewards cards that were promised to be mailed but again nothing from the dealership. Lucky we have everything in email, so note to new customers get things in writing.
