We first found the vehicle on AutoTrader, and Ashkar was very helpful in showing us the car through videos before we even visited the dealership. The next day, we went in to complete the paperwork, and Richard guided us through the financing process clearly and professionally. Everything was communicated very well, including what documents were needed and how long each step would take. Within a week, we had the vehicle in our hands. The Range Rover was in excellent condition and exactly what we were looking for. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and transparent from start to finish. I purchased my car from this dealership about a year ago with an extended warranty, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Since the purchase, I’ve had to bring the car back several times for recurring issues. Almost every time, I was told “there is nothing wrong with the car,” and the service was limited to basic steps like an oil change. When the check engine light came on, a small repair was done, but the bigger issue was ignored. More recently, I began to notice loud engine noise and a loss of power. I specifically asked for the spark plugs to be replaced, which they did, but the main problem is still there. To make matters worse, the car was returned to me without even being cleaned. My husband also spoke with Nancy, who said the issue would be resolved last Monday, but we never heard back. Today, I spoke with Paul directly, and he showed absolutely no care or concern for my situation, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer who purchased the vehicle with a warranty, I expected honesty, proper attention, and a thorough inspection—not surface-level fixes, broken promises, and poor communication. This experience has been frustrating and exhausting. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for reliable service or proper after-sales support.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT – Unprofessional and Incompetent -Unprofessional mechanic ​I had a horrific experience at Southside Oakville Chrysler. I brought my Jeep Wrangler in because the radiator fan was kicking onto high speed after only 5-10 km. Instead of diagnosing the actual issue, they used a "parts-cannon" approach on my dime. ​The Experience: • ​Failed Diagnosis: First, they insisted the radiator was leaking (i know %100 it wasn't).but still I provided a Mopar radiator ($550). They replaced it, charged me for labor/coolant, and sent me home. Within 5 km, the fan issue returned. • ​More Guesswork: I brought it back, and they claimed it was the thermostat. They replaced that, only to call me an hour later saying the oil cooler was now leaking. • ​Gross Negligence: After a week in the shop and a $1,700 bill, I got the Jeep back only to find coolant and oil pouring onto my driveway. Upon inspection, I found the mechanic forgot to even put the clamp back on the radiator hose. I had to install my own clamp just to stop the fluid loss. • ​Dishonesty: When I returned to show them the leaks, they tried to claim it was "residual oil" from the repair. It was a fresh, active leak. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. One of the worst mechanic I ever scene • Unprofessional with wired attitude ​This dealership turned a simple issue into a $2,200+ disaster and returned my vehicle in a dangerous, unfinished state. If you care about your car and your wallet, stay far away from this service department. They will turn a $100 fix into a $3,000 nightmare. and still create more issues because they dont know what they are doing

I recently bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk from South Oakville Chrysler, and the whole experience was great. I went back to them because of how respectfully they treated me when a previous deal didn’t work out, and they showed that same honesty and professionalism again this time. Eric was my main contact throughout the process, and he was awesome to deal with—straightforward, helpful, and always willing to answer questions. Umar in finance made everything super easy and clear, which took a lot of stress out of the whole thing. They also took care of every issue with the Jeep before I picked it up, and it really shows. The car is in such good shape it basically feels refurbished. You can tell they actually care about what they’re selling and about making sure you’re happy with it. Because of how well they treated me, I’ll definitely be going back to South Oakville Chrysler for anything I need with my car in the future. Highly recommend.
