As someone who does not live in Austin and could not catch a break in my own city when looking for a wrangler. I took a random chance, as I had some down time in Austin and called into this location and spoke with Carrie. Best decision I made was to come in a meet and look at the car in person, I cannot stress how important it was for me to feel like I had control and was not being hassled at every turn as this was my first purchase! Carrie heard my needs, answered every ridiculous question I had and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. She came in on her day off and even offered to drive the car to the city I currently reside in. As a woman I didn’t wanna feel scammed walking out as I did not have my father there to help. I walked out the same exact day, keys in hand, a lot more knowledge and the best deal possible on a brand new 2026 jeep wrangler. Not only was Carrie knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, the rest of the team were also just as friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable throughout my 3 hours there and what was supposed to be to be a test drive and getting more information, turned into me purchasing my dream car since 16 and leaving satisfied, 10s across the board! Once again I thanks them and definitely recommend!

She made sure everything was perfect — the car was spotless, the gas tank was full, and she took the time to go over every detail with me so I felt comfortable and confident before leaving. Don’t ever go here, or buy a car from this place. The employees all around seem nice but will not take care of you. My car was worked on a month ago and I was ghosted for 3 days by several service technicians checking on the status of my car. After several calls and having to get someone in the sales department to get someone on the phone, the 4 day I finally talked to someone. They fixed my a/c and noticed and oil pan leak and fixed that as well. My jeep is in their service department again due to another oil leak. They had everything covered on my extended warranty and proceeded to do the work. After that work was completed they noticed an oil pan leak, I proceeded to tell them that they had already fixed that issue, so that’s on them to fix and clearly the mechanic did not do it correctly the first time. During this my service technician called me saying that my extended warranty will not cover all the hrs of work, and I would have to pay out of pocket for the extra hours. I was never given a phone call about this asking if this was okay or not and the service technician only learned about it when he was filing the completion paperwork. I proceeded to tell them I am not paying for $1500 when I was never even given any option. My car was supposed to be done by Thursday at the latest and I have had a rental that I’ve spent $600 on. They then proceeded to call me and said the mechanic broke a bolt trying to fix my oil pan leak and it won’t be done till Friday now. I proceeded to tell them I should not have to pay an extra day for my rental car for the mechanics fault and they need to give me a rental car from their lot. I was forwarded to a girl name Ashley who was very rude to me and said they don’t have any cars to give me. I then said then you need to pay for one day of my rental. After not hearing from Ashley the next day, I called her and She went to her boss Bill scheid and he told her that jeep can’t do that. I have been calling Bill all day to talk to him and apparently he’s been in “a meeting” from 10 am and it’s now 3:15 and still in a meeting. I have to be somewhere at 5 and I need my jeep and have relayed the message to my technician and yet again I’m being ghosted. They are terrible communicators and screw people over left and right. Don’t ever go here. They hold your car hostage basically it’s insanity. If I could give this place a negative review I would.
