I recently had a leasing experience at South Pointe Toyota, and I want to share my honest feedback. Overall, my main concern was not the price itself, but the lack of a clear, itemized breakdown before signing the contract. I was provided with a final lease amount, but not a detailed explanation showing how that figure was structured step by step. Some key documents were not shared during the decision-making process, and the full breakdown of fees and add-ons only became clear at the final signing stage. At that point, it was difficult to properly review and fully understand all components of the agreement. Another concern was the inclusion of add-on products and fees in the final contract, without a clear explanation early in the process about when they became part of the deal or how optional they truly were. After signing, I also experienced difficulties cancelling some add-on products within the stated cancellation period, as the process involved being referred between the dealership and third-party providers without a clear resolution path. The salesperson and management were polite and professional throughout the process. However, the finance portion of the experience was less clear and not as transparent as expected. Communication during that stage was inconsistent, and it was difficult to obtain a clear and complete explanation of the deal structure. Overall, that part of the process felt less straightforward compared to the rest of the experience.

Great experience! We leased new Rav4 today and it couldn’t be any better. The staff is so friendly and supportive, we felt very appreciated. Clintson was amazing, he helped us a lot with the choice, shared his personal experience, answered all our questions, and supported us all the way to the purchase. The paperwork and financials were also smooth as a butter thanks to Michael. I barely notice the fuel cost compared to my old car. For an SUV this size, the mileage is amazing. Definitely one of the best options if you want something practical and economical.
