Update: We made our way back down to beautiful Pawley’s Island today to have the ceramic coating done to the truck (since we purchased so late in the day it wasn’t an option on the day we bought it). We got there and Glen surprised us that the part for the cracked mirror was in also and it would get fixed today, too. He already had it booked to be done after the coating was completed. Since the whole process would take around 4-5 hours, Glen had us a car waiting to go enjoy the scenery and have a nice seafood lunch. When character and follow up after a purchase are lacking in so many fields, Glen demonstrates what a true caring salesman looks like and does for his customers. There was no hard sell which would ordinarily shut me down. My salesman, Brady, was relaxed, answered all my questions, and treated me very well. Once before I actually had a sales guy if I had to call family to see if the sale was ok due to my age(73 at the time). This was a great experience and will be back for my next car!
