Vehicle exchange statement (incorrect) It is not accurate to state that you offered me the option to exchange the vehicle. I was the one who requested an exchange, not you. At no point was a vehicle exchange proactively presented to me as a solution. This misrepresentation further undermines my confidence in your statements. 2. Loss of trust Due to repeated breakdowns, unresolved warning lights, and improper repairs, I no longer have trust in this dealership’s mechanical work or representations. This lack of trust is the primary reason I declined any replacement vehicle from your inventory. 3. Ongoing mechanical failures As of today, the vehicle is still with mechanics and continues to suffer from new failures after each repair attempt, including but not limited to: • PCV system failure • Oil cooler failure • Engine warning light still active • Intake manifold runner malfunction requiring replacement • Air conditioning system no longer functioning This establishes a pattern of unresolved and cascading mechanical issues, not isolated wear-and-tear items. 4. Limited vehicle use The vehicle was not heavily driven after purchase. The failures did not occur after extended use or abuse, but instead appeared shortly after purchase and after repair attempts. Improper repair outcome The vehicle experienced breakdowns immediately after being returned to me, including a major coolant failure requiring emergency shutdown and towing.
