Great customer service at this dealership! We would like to give a special mention to our sales person Zack and manager Ivan. They are both demonstrated professional skills. As a first time buyer this experience was amazing. I’m so glad this was the first dealership we went to, to look for a car. I had an idea of what I wanted and our salesman Arslan helped us get a test drive quickly, went over all the information. He was a joy to be around and made the experience a breeze and helped me get a good deal. Made us laugh and feel at ease and not pressured or rushed and happy with our decision. The finance department was super kind and quick with getting everything sorted. The delivery coordinator was also very sweet and when we noticed an issue with my windshield wiper under showroom light, it was dealt with quickly and we were given quick and kind responses to get it repaired and ensured we left with a good experience. We came in to South Trail Hyundai wanting to view the 2026 Santa Fe Hybrid. We recently got bad news about our Ram and we were in the market for a new vehicle.
