I traded my vehicle and purchased Honda Odyssey elite 2026 and they were very helpful and The purchase was very fast, easy and smooth. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Southaven Honda, and I wanted to share my experience. I was assisted by Yolander "YOLO" Fair, who was extremely professional throughout the entire process. She never pressured me in any way and made the experience comfortable and stress-free. The vehicle I wanted was a trade-in, and at the time they could only locate one key. Although there were other nice vehicles available, I had my heart set on that particular car. Southaven Honda went the extra mile by having a company come out and make and program two keys for me. Before delivering the vehicle, they performed extensive service work, including flushing and changing the brake fluid, replacing the rear brake pads, resurfacing the rear brake rotors, replacing the front brake pads and front brake rotors, changing the oil and filter, balancing one tire, and replacing another tire. I purchased this vehicle over a month ago, and I have not experienced a single problem or glitch. Southaven Honda thoroughly serviced the car and brought it up to a high standard before the sale. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Based on my experience, I would gladly recommend Southaven Honda to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle and a professional, customer-focused buying experience. Robert Elliott Jr.
