When I first started I wasn't properly trained at all they put an associate to train you this person was very unprofessional didn't take the time to show you the proper ways, you had to learn as you go and had the nerves to say she loves to train it's impossible for you to move up when you have a bunch of haters hating on your progress and submitting complaints about you with no truth behind it never was i called to office about any complaints I received good feedback from supervisors thanking me for the good job then here i receive a text to not come back how can Toyota say we do it better.
