I purchased a used 2019 vehicle from this dealership with no down payment and limited credit, resulting in a high-risk financing contract. Today, the vehicle is in negative equity, with a remaining balance over $11,000 while its market value has dropped significantly. All of this I’ve repeatedly asked for viable options for a trade-in, buyback, or financial restructuring only happened when I visited the dealership due to promotions received by mail or text. Even then, no real alternatives were offered, and messages suggesting interest in my vehicle have not led to any solutions. The dealership acknowledged this was a complex sale due to my credit profile at the time, yet no financial adjustment or corrective program has been provided. I have acted in good faith as a loyal customer, returning to maintain the relationship and seeking a safer, more suitable vehicle for my family. While the customer service is excellent, I remain in a difficult financing situation, without a clear path or formal alternatives from a dealership of this level and prestige to transition into another vehicle.
