Ocie was a great salesman! I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to talk with them and was convinced that buying used wasn’t the most advantageous thing to do and it would have been smarter to buy new, which is what I did. The test drive experience was very smooth. Ocie was very knowledgeable about what features my 2026 Tahoe had. Zach was the finance director and he truly worked magic to get me in this car. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and will be coming back to southern Chevrolet for any future endeavors.

The process was exceptional after much investigation they were able to repair the brakes. My most favorable experience was the communication we received during the process. During these very difficult economic times, my wife and I decided to shave some expenses out of our budget. That ment selling one or both of my vehicles! With One car payment, one less car on our insurance and ending two after market warranties, we will safe a substantial amount of money! After going to 4 different car dealerships and getting turned down, Southern Chevrolet was the only dealer that helped us out! With a phone call from manager Joe Gonzalez, he invited me in to see if we could make a deal! His stellar customer service was the first thing I noticed! He then introduced me to Luis 'Tony' Quinones. Tony, though new to the business, made me feel good as a customer and throughout the buying process, he displayed pride in his job and professionalism until I drove off the lot! He called a couple of days later to make sure everything was good with me and the vehicle and has continued following up and taking care of everything I need to this day! Also, Mr. Zachary Byrd was instrumental in making sure the financing was within my budget and the warranties fully explained! His experience and knowledge was on full display during the financing process! To add, his customer service was A1/Top shelf!
