I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Southern Chrysler Dodge and Jeep in Lufkin. From start to finish, my salesperson (Oscar) and finance manager (Cynthia) were the kindest and most professional people I’ve ever worked with in my entire car buying experience. They were incredibly personable, approachable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. What stood out to me the most was that they did not try to upsell me on anything. When I explained what I was looking for, they listened and delivered exactly that — no pressure, no hidden agenda, and no games. It truly felt like they were in it for the customer, not themselves, and that level of integrity is rare in this industry. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and confident with my purchase. They absolutely deserve the business and recognition. If you’re looking for a dealership that is honest, professional, and genuinely cares about their customers, this is the place to go.

My rating isn't for my experience. My salesperson was great; he sold me my last two cars. This time, I got a 2024 Jeep Compass with electrical issues that only happen during heavy rain, which is rare in Lufkin. When it rains heavily, the electrical system shuts down. I've taken it to the dealership multiple times; they fixed it by adding an emergency brake, hoping to resolve the issue. However, during heavy rain today, March 7, the same problems occurred, with all lights on. I've recorded a video to show what's happening. The dealership still hasn't identified the problem.

Had a wonderful experience. Was alone the first visit, was NOT looked down on for being an "older" female shopping alone. Got my husband and returned. We drove out in a new vehicle within 3 hours!!!! New record for us!

Very happy with this dealership. Very professional and even though we had a weird hiccup in the buying process. Oscar Morales my salesman made the whole process smooth and never got frustrated with the situation. Mr. Dwayne the manager was great and kept and positive aditude towards everything. Mrs. Cynthia made the signing process very easy and had me in and out quick. Also to the driver (sorry I don't know there name) that went out to get those signatures then had to wait around for awhile then for nothing to come of it thank you. Thank you to all the staff that made this possible and keep being awsome. I will definitely be back

While I was away on business, I sent my wife to purchase a replacement vehicle for our work. The folks at the dealership treated her with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. She was able to select and acquire the vehicle that fit our current needs with a no hassle approach from the dealer. The salesman, Mr Washington, was exemplary with his knowledge and expertise throughout the sale process. Unfortunately this is almost unheard of in this day and time. I am thankful to him for making this process as simple as possible for her, as she was in and out of there in just over an hour from selection to drive out. Great Job Sir! PS.
