My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Southern Pines Nissan Kia! Zackary Hunt was very engaged from the first day of contact to after the purchase of my 2025 Kia Telluride (I had a very specific request!). Grateful to the Team for making the process as smooth as possible considering we drove almost two hours to make the purchase :)

I had the best experience at this dealership during a spur of the moment "let's go look at cars". Carolyn found me in the parking lot and I'm SO thankful she did, she was the absolute best at making me feel comfortable and not pushed into anything, was willing to run back and forth inside for more keys when I decided I actually wanted to look at something different. Definitely ask for her when you go! Zack was great when it came time to sign the financial paperwork, very personable and friendly! The finance department even went above and beyond and found me a newer car for a lower payment than the one I was originally looking at! Overall 10/10 hands down would recommend again, specifically with these people mentioned!

Kieth was super helpful and I appreciated the amount of knowledge he showed with the individual models as well as car facts in general. I am not a fan of dealerships for the main reason of pushy salesman but I did not experience this at all. We were able to look freely and ask questions as well as just chat. Definitely recommend southern pines Kia if you’re in the market. Not only are they friendly but the cars are top notch as well!!
