I’m very disappointed with my experience purchasing a used 2019 Ford Ranger from this dealership. Before I came in, the truck was advertised online as having 88,xxx miles, but when I saw it in person, it actually had 91,xxx miles. I asked for the sales price to drop but there was no negotiating with the dealership. That was the first red flag. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. Just 1 day after purchasing the truck, I got a P0456 engine code. My mechanic later told me that the code appeared to have been cleared in the past, which makes me question whether this issue was already known and not disclosed to me. On top of that, there are water noises coming from the front of the vehicle, the washer fluid system does not work, and the front brake pads already need replacing. What makes this even more frustrating is that none of these issues were disclosed to me at the time of sale. I also reached out directly to the sales person, Colin, to try to address these concerns and did not receive any response. It's been over a month and still waiting on a response. Overall, I feel misled and disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service. I would not recommend buying a vehicle here based on my experience.

I bought a 2018 Jeep from this place a month ago for a postal route. Only had 63,000 miles on it. They are super nice. Looked clean. I flew in and drove it 500 miles back. Before I left I had to have two things fixed on it. Headlight was burnt out, and the horn went off everytime i opened the door. I had to drive to the Jeep dealership and get a key cut so they could program a jeep key from amazon to stop the horn. They changed the headlight. I got it home 500 miles and its leaking coolant and oil. On top of that the fan shroud is missing all the bolts and making a crazy noise. I wish I could of had a mechanic look at this first. Now its in the shop. Oh yea, I had to constantly hold the steering wheel to the left cause it pulled so hard right. Who knows what all that will cost me. I am out of town for USPS orientation or I would take pics of the fan shroud. Beware. Take a mechanic with you.
