Matt Braumburger was the salesman that sold me my Colorado. He was incredibly friendly and professional. He gave me his personal cell number so we could interact throughout my purchase and beyond as I was waiting for my tailgate decals to come in because they were on backorder. They at least sold me a fuel filter, I described them my situation . Out of province from 20 plus hours of , Fuel filter plugged from a bad batch of fuel . I realize it was around 4pm on a Friday But can’t even help with a fuel filter change , Max 8 min . Even on a creeper on a floor . But no Couldnt care less about such a situation and when people have an emergency. I changed myself with Canadian tire tools

The staff, especially Todd, Robbert, and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, were outstanding. They were not only professional but also amazingly friendly. They patiently answered all our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. The level of service we received was top-notch, and we left the dealership with our new car feeling extremely satisfied.
