I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from this dealership after bringing in my Ram 1500 for a routine oil change at the start of February 2025. When I came to pick up my truck, I was shocked to find visible damage to the front driver-side fender and the driver-side door—damage that was not present when I dropped it off. The dealership acknowledged the issue, replaced the parts, and sent the vehicle to an auto body shop for painting. I expected my truck to be returned to me in the condition I had left it. However, upon pickup, I immediately noticed scratches around the fender area—apparently caused during the removal of the fender flare. After pointing this out during the walk-around, the dealership agreed to send the truck back to the shop for correction. A few months later, while washing the truck, I noticed paint chipping in one of the areas that was fixed . Per the dealership’s assurance at the time of pickup, I was told that any defects in the repair would be addressed—so I reached out again. I brought the truck in for inspection, and was told the dealership would contact the body shop and follow up with me. Unfortunately, this began a long and frustrating cycle of unreturned calls and vague promises. For several weeks, I followed up repeatedly—each time being told someone would get back to me. Eventually, I managed to speak with a service advisor who instructed me to call the body shop directly to schedule the repair and assured me that the dealership would provide a rental during that time. This entire experience—from the initial damage caused at the dealership, to the poor quality of the repair, and the complete lack of follow-through—has been unacceptable. What should have been a simple oil change turned into months of inconvenience, subpar service, and a total lack of accountability. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and would not recommend this dealership based on my experience Some photos for reference of before and after repairs/paint peeling

Had a great experience at Southtown Chrysler. Tym is an excellent salesperson. Everyone i dealt with for my 2016 Jeep Renegade purchase were very conscientious and helpful. (Sales, service etc). Definitely recommend this dealership.

Melody made the entire process smooth and stress-free by answering all my questions, keeping me informed every step of the way, and making sure I felt comfortable with my decisions. Her professionalism, patience, and positive attitude truly stood out. I would recommend this dealership again and again!

Responded to an online ad Was contacted by Adam , who was very knowledgable and honest made sure we understood everything we were signing up for. There was no pressure to sign the deal. Also dealt with Adrian and Cassidee from the finance department who did their best to make the deal happen and we are very appreciative and happy going to this dealer!! I will def recommend this dealer to family/friends. Keep it up guys !!!

We were warmly welcomed by General Manager Husny Ismael, who went above and beyond to assist my husband and me. We ended up purchasing a new truck, and the entire process was explained clearly and thoroughly.
