I went to this dealership and the staff and managers are very friendly.My sale associate Theo Valade is a delight, he went over every thing with me.I would highly recommend him. My finance manger Mohamed Gaffar is a friendly person went beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Mohamed , he works with you, no pressure no hidden charges, explains all my options. Extremely disappointed with their post-purchase service. ​I brought my vehicle in for a warranty issue regarding a defect shown in the attached photos. The service advisor immediately tried to deny warranty coverage, stubbornly claiming it was a "stone chip." There is absolutely no physical impact mark, and the surface is completely smooth to the touch. Even after I pointed this out, the advisor kept arguing. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. ​Eventually, a manager came over and agreed that it did NOT look like a stone chip. However, it has been nearly a month since they took my information, and I have received zero updates or follow-ups. ​They are all smiles and friendly when selling you a car, but the moment you need warranty support, the attitude completely changes. I highly regret choosing this dealership and will be looking for a different location for my future services. Actually, I first visited them back in December of last year regarding this exact issue—debris trapped under the surface—but received absolutely no feedback or follow-up.
