My salesperson Cody as amazing not only with the art of the sale because that is something that can be taught but more with the humanity side of our interaction. Understanding what veterans like myself are dealing with and just listening to me and allowing me to express my trauma and he doesnt realize how i fight sometimes daily against my own self to find self worth. Schedule 20K miles service for my Cadillac CT4 with the Southtowne Cadillac. It was east to schedule the service appointment over the phone. When arrived for the service, was greeted with smile by Chris. Gave me the approximate time that the service should take. Chris kept me undated for the service process and the service was completed within the promised time frame. Chris was very professional with smile on his face.
