I am the proud owner of a beautiful 2026 Acura MDX. I traded in my 2016 MDX and received exceptional service. As a dedicated Acura fan, I knew exactly what I wanted. I had previously met Jonathan when my husband was looking for a vehicle, and I was so impressed that I returned to him for my own purchase. Jonathan was professional, upbeat, and knowledgeable. He assisted me in deciding on the features I wanted and kept in touch while we waited for the vehicle to arrive. When it finally came, he helped negotiate the best possible price for both my trade-in and my new purchase. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. I just picked up my MDX today and I would like to give a special shoutout to Nick Sung & team for making it a very special day. Nick was extremely low pressure and wanted to make sure we first liked the MDX. Zero pressure tactics and that’s why I chose this over the BMW X5, the dealership experience was significantly better. A few special things to note: - Koss called ahead of time to note there was minor scratch due to transport, and he wanted to make sure I was aware prior to picking it up and gave me the option of delaying pickup or brining it in at a later time to fix it. It was so small that I wouldn’t even have noticed it. So the attention to detail here is remarkable. - Nick was kind enough to make sure the mats I bought third party (TuxMats) were installed by him prior to driving off. His low pressure, relaxed nature made the Test Drive and process extremely easy. - Chris from finance patiently walked us through all the options and never did he pressure to take anything we didn’t want. He knew we were looking at OTD pricing as opposed to a bi-weekly payment one, and so he focused his efforts on that. Even staying well past closing time to ensure our paperwork was done in a timely manner. Reed & Hannah were great as well, even though we only spent brief moments with them. I look forward to coming back here to service my MDX.

After spending months of searching every dealership looking for the right car for a family member the stop we made at Southview was a breath of fresh air. All of the sales staff are pleasant and ready to help but are not forceful or pushy. We had the pleasure of dealing with Rohan as our sales person, he was genuinely kind and patient with all of our questions. Reed MacDonald the sales manager was super easy to deal with, very upfront and never once made us feel like we needed to make a decision, he presented numbers, listen to our feedback and worked hard to get us an deal we were comfortable with. Hanna our finance manager explained everything in great detail, gave us all the information color coded and made it easy to get all of our numbers together in a way that made sense.What we really appreciated was that at every step we never felt like we had to make a decision, games were not being played and everyone treated us like actual people not just for profit. If you or anyone you know is looking for a vehicle we would recommend you stop at Southview and see how a dealership should be.

Highly recommend this dealership! Kai was an excellent sales rep—super friendly, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. I came in for one car and left with two, which says a lot about the experience. Everything was smooth, no pressure, and the staff was great. Will definitely be back in the future.

I worked with Gill, Koss and ultimately Hannah to make an awesome valentines present for my wife extra special. They covered the vehicle and placed a bow on it. Once uncovered there was a personalized message for her on the sold sign. Thanks everyone!
