To Southwest Ambulance Sales LLC, On September 19th, 2024, I had an absolutely terrifying experience involving one of your ambulances. Your driver recklessly swerved across two to three lanes at high speed, nearly running me off the road. It was only by sheer luck that I was able to veer onto the shoulder and avoid a potentially catastrophic accident. I don't care that your business is focused on selling ambulances – your drivers are still on public roads, and their behavior reflects directly on your company. This kind of reckless driving is completely unacceptable. If this is the level of care and responsibility you're allowing from your drivers, it's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt or worse. I expect you to address this immediately.
