I’m calling asking around for a truck and I did have a good experience with the call otherwise I wouldn’t have showed up. I called Southwest because it was referred to me by Kelly Blue book. I was transferred to Southwest New vehicles, even though I requested used vehicles. Even though I went through the automatic system And asked for used vehicles. I was sent to a new Sales person Once I wasted my time there, they figure it out I wanted a used vehicle. I was transferred to the preowned department. Where I met someone named Joseph Wells. My conversation with Mr. Wells went really good on the phone. I scheduled an appointment to see him the same day. I showed up everything seemed pretty normal. My son came with me, and Mr. Wells was very polite to my son. I would say there is poor communication with Mr. Wells and the entire team. I’ve never experienced a worse sales team. They undervalued my trade in by 4 grand, there was a lot of sitting around waiting for something to happen because no one communicated what I was going on, I asked for trucks in between $10k-$15k and instead was showed a very nice truck that was $26k but wasn’t priced YET during the showing, I told Wells that I had a certain amount of money down and we had a cosigner. I had to go through the trouble of talking to my cosigner to be OK with him cosigning. They only reached out to one bank, They ignored the fact that I had a monthly payment that I would like that came out to $200 more then I wanted, They did not go through any of the banks that I would get approved for. If he would listen to my budget and showed me more then one truck, applied themselves a little I would have found the right truck and had been approved. I went through enterprise Last year And got approved for a $23,000 car, With the same cosigner, same credit score, nothing as a down deposit.. because the company went above and beyond. Y’all should check out enterprise car sales in Denton Tx. That’s where I should have went. Something that didn’t make any sense was that they came and told me that my credit score was 60 points less than it actually was. The truck I was shown wasn’t ready to be sold at all.. no inspection, parts needed to fix it. Etc, then I was told once I got approved and signed for the truck. I would have to drive around my trade in that I no longer owned until the truck was ready. The worst experience about this is walking out and hearing Mr. Wells make fun of me with the manager of the company. Mind you I’ve done nothing wrong. I’m just looking for a truck. I had my toddler with me and I’m four months pregnant. This is not how you treat people. But hey as long as you offer drinks and a snack then that’s ok!

Just bought very very nive 2013 Kia Sol from Kimberly at Southwest Discount Autos. The car was thoroughly inspected before i bought it so i have peace of mind that it will run great for a long time. Bought it at a very good price despite the high used car prices of today. Excellent car, excellent price and car payment, and excellent customer service
