After a visit to another VW dealer I decided to do some research on the vehicles I was looking at and accidentally sent messages to several VW dealers in my area. Was contacted immediately by Jared and he was more than willing to send pics and video of a vehicle I was looking at. After some exchanges of emails decided to go meet and discuss the vehicle. I was still trying to decide between two different vehicle brands and he was more than accommodating to take me to see the other brand and allow me to make my decision with both vehicles side by side. I chose the VW Atlas SEL Premium R Line and we returned to work on the details. Met with Johnathan and Noah through the process as well and every single person was so kind, helpful and genuine! Highly recommended Jared and all the staff at SouthWestern VW!!

This was easily the most pleasant and comfortable I have ever been at a car dealership. We recently had a miserable experience at another dealership and the whole experience at Southwest Volkswagen was the EXACT OPPOSITE. I always felt like the salesman and finance manager were working with me and not against me. I would recommend our salesman Blake. He was very informative and knew his product so well. The finance manager, Noah, is also a tremendous asset to the organization. The process was easy and relatively quick. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I can not recommend this dealership enough. This will be my only stop for a Volkswagen as long as I live in Texas. It’s worth the drive.

I had the most pleasant and stress free experience working with the fine folks at this location. They truly are exceptional compared to the other dealers in the metroplex. Other dealers were dishonest, avoidant, tried to tack on hidden dealer fees, and gave me the run around for a week straight. I was ready to throw in the towel and give up until I met Kevin. He was my first point of contact with Southwest VW. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he provided me straight forward answers to my prayers. There was zero hassling, simply pure honesty from this man on what he could offer. Not only was he kind but also knowledgeable! He walked me through all the features and settings of my beautiful new 2026 Tiguan which made me fall in love with the vehicle even more so. When it came to the financial portion of the process, Noah was there to provide a smooth transaction! The price I was originally given was exact when it came to signing. Noah was swift with the paperwork. As a female this interaction can be very intimidating and confusing due to jargon terminology tactics from car dealerships. Noah made sure I knew exactly what I was signing and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. I cannot thank these men enough for their time, energy, integrity, and trust!
