Step son took his truck in to get a front end alignment & the technician named Gary took it for a test drive & rubbed against something that removed a lot of paint from the front end. Here’s where it gets suspicious the cameras show the truck leaving for the test drive but not ever returning so this technician specifically parked the trucks away from all cameras. My step son paid his bill over the phone cause the dealership is closed when he is off work so not a sole was around to deal with the issue last night. He took his truck back in today to show the manager of course that went no where. Gary be a man & own up to what you did who does this to a young man just starting life this is his first vehicle that he bought. I just don’t understand how someone could do this.
