I’ve purchased a lot of cars over the years (too many 😉) both new and pre-owned. This was the easiest transaction I’ve encountered. I called the dealership after seeing an online post. Janet was very helpful. When I arrived for my appointment, the car was curbside ready to go. No pressure test drive with Jason, and he allowed all the time needed to evaluate if this was a good fit (almost a 2 hour test drive in total). The car was delivered to my home (in Tri-Cities) which was appreciated. Well worth the drive out of town to find my dream car.

Have bought two trucks from Speck dealerships. Disappointed both times. Last round was a 2022 mega cab at the Sunnyside location. Small thing, truck was missing valve stem caps. Asked three times for them to add. Never did. Went to Les Schwab. Truck went in for an oil change. They came back informing me the truck had multiple recalls that needed to be performed. They were only able to accomplish a coupe as the others required parts. They claim it was serviced before I purchased it but I have a hard time believing that. How was the recalls not identified ? There was no sticker. Why this wasn’t completed before the truck was put for sale I won’t understand. So now I gotta take the truck back to have this work performed. That’s time and money that will come out of my pocket. 1st truck was 2008 F450 purchased in 2010. From the Pasco location. Truck was fine during the test drive. After paperwork I didn’t make it to the freeway before a check engine light came on so I returned to the dealership. They wouldn’t look at it without me paying a diagnostic fee. So needless to say Speck can GFSF. Never again. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from them be sure to take it to a different dealership for inspection.

Dave treated us with respect & honesty. He gave me a fair value for my trade. Then even took some off the price. Filled the gas tank also. Highly recommend buying your next car here. New or used. You will be glad you did
